Shortlist is a beta virtual recruiter. You stay responsible for every application you send.

You must have the right to use the Seek (and any other) account you hunt or apply from. Shortlist fills forms in your browser and pauses before submit unless you later opt in.

Match scores, tailored CVs, and cover letters are drafts. Check facts before they leave the house. Do not treat Shortlist as a placement guarantee or as legal, visa, or immigration advice.

The product is Australia-first and Seek-first. LinkedIn Easy Apply and employer ATS sites (Workday, Greenhouse, PageUp) are not automated submit targets.

SomaOS provides Shortlist as-is during dogfood. We may change, pause, or close beta features. If something breaks an application, tell us at hello@somaos.com.au.
